In late 2014 Laurel identified a creative development team seeking capital for an innovative large-scale multi-family residential urban infill development. Using relationships and trusted experience, Laurel was able to introduce the needed equity as well as support and secure financing throughout the project. Never shying away from its obligations Laurel helped navigate the asset through several challenges leading up to and through stabilization. On top of its award-winning design, LEED certification, and market leading amenities; this project has produced returns to investors, honored its partnerships, and advanced the market’s expectation for construction design and quality.
