An urban core asset vacated for several years by its long-time full building corporate tenant left a hole in the streetscape of an important downtown corridor. Working with its various partners, Laurel was able to execute an elevated design scheme and reinvent an overall building concept which would offer highly desirable multi-tenanted professional office space at an affordable price point. With the project completed in 2019 and with the building in the process of leasing up the immediate positive impact of the renovation on the surrounding community has been palpable, bringing life back to an otherwise unwelcoming city block.
